Shipping

At the time of checkout, you will be provided with options for shipping. We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders above $30. This offer will be automatically applied at checkout.

We charge $20 for standard shipping (up to 500g) outside of Australia, as specified on your order confirmation.

All international deliveries are subject to the specific duties & taxes of the country they are being shipped to. We, unfortunately, can not deliver to P.O. Box addresses and such duties & taxes, including VAT, are levied by local customs authorities upon entering the country of destination. Wiuep Co is not responsible for those charges & all purchasers should be aware of their countries regulations, taxes & fees.

Make sure to track your package if it is being held for duties. You are responsible for the payment of any such duties and taxes. Please keep in mind that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

All orders are processed and shipped as fast as humanly possible from the date/time they were placed. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind the day the package is shipped from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from the first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.

Wiuep Co is not responsible for any lost shipments due to lack of duties paid, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or missed delivery.

Refunds & Returns

Wiuep Co and its team endeavour to provide you with the utmost quality product, and care to pack each product, should your order arrive faulty or damaged please inform us immediately within 48 hours of signature receipt.

If you need to replace an item or request a refund on faulty items, send us an email to hello@wiuep.co.

We will then contact you regarding the replacement and/or further details on how to process your refund.

We do not offer refunds for non-damaged or faulty items deemed the responsibility of Wiuep Co, unfortunately, items damaged on transit will require your support by flagging this immediately upon receiving the item from the postal service .
